Getting an error message? Can't log in? Before Knock Support can help, we need you to check and verify a few things.
1. Is your iOS on the most recent version? You can check this via the Settings under General.
2. Is your app on the most recent version? If you go to the Play Store, you can confirm or update it there! To make it easier, sign up for automatic download updates for it via the Settings page under App Store.
3. How's your wifi signal? On the top right of your home screen, you can see the strength of your signal. Anything 2 bars or under may cause timeout errors in ID scanning.
