Knock's Multi Touch Attribute report provides insight into the prospect’s journey in finding a new home. The MTA report tracks the number of prospects that only interact with a single marketing source, those prospects that interact with more than one marketing source, and shows which source may be the most effective in generating leases.
Fields
Source: The marketing source from which the prospect contacted us during their lifecycle.
Total Prospects: The total number of prospects reaching out in the specified time range.
Total Leases: The total number of prospects in the specified time range who had a lease event.
Total Conversions: Percentage of prospects with a lease event. Calculation: The total number of leases divided by the total number of prospects.
Single Touch (ST) Prospects: The number of prospects created within the time range who only have one identifiable marketing source throughout their journey.
Single Touch (ST) Leases: The total number of leases by prospects classified as single touch within the time range.
Single Touch (ST) Conversions: The percentage of prospects with a lease event that are classified as single touch. Calculation: Single Touch Leases divided by Single Touch Prospects.
First Touch (FT) Prospects: The number of prospects created within the time range who have more than one identifiable marketing source throughout their journey. Attribution is given to the first marketing source in the prospect’s journey.
First Touch (FT) Leases: The total number of prospects with a lease event with attribution given to the first marketing source in the prospect’s journey.
First Touch (FT) Conversions: The percentage of prospects with a lease event that are classified as first touch. Calculation: First Touch Leases divided by First Touch Prospects.
Later Touch (LT) Prospects: The total number of prospects created within the time range who have more than one identifiable marketing source throughout their journey. Attribution is given to all marketing sources other than the first.
Later Touch (LT) Leases: The total number of prospects with a lease event with attribution given to all marketing sources other than the first.
Later Touch (LT) Conversions: The percentage of prospects with a lease event that are classified as later touch. Calculation: Later Touch Leases divided by Later Touch Prospects.
Filters and Options
Filters:
Date range: Defaults to 7 days. The date range the contacts came into the account for the report.
Properties: Defaults to All Properties. This is a multi-select for what properties you'd like data for.
