Change Apartments.com Email

You can change your Apartments.com email address to the Knock autoresponder email so that anyone who contacts you on a Apartments.com listing will:

1. Receive an automatic customizable response from you with a link to schedule a tour online.

2. Automatically be added to Knock as a lead (optional).

Here's how to change your Apartments.com email:

Step 1:

Go to apartments.com and login to your account if you aren't already logged in. In the top right corner, hover the mouse over your name, and then in the dropdown that appears, select My Account.

Step 2:

Scroll down to Login & Security. In the Email field, delete your existing email and replace it with your Knock autoresponder email. If you don't already have your Knock autoresponder email handy, follow instructions here for how to find it and copy it to your clipboard.

When you have pasted/put in your updated email, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Settings.
