Change ForRent Email

You can change your ForRent.com email address to the Knock autoresponder email so that anyone who contacts you on a ForRent listing will:

1. Receive an automatic customizable response from you with a link to schedule a tour online.

2. Automatically added to Knock as a lead (optional).

Here's how to change your ForRent email:

Step 1:

Login to your ForRent.com account.

Step 2:

Click on the "Guest Card" tab at the top of the page.

Step 3:
In the Email Address 1 field, delete your existing email and replace it with your Knock ILS relay email (will end in @m.knck.io or @knck.io). You can find this email address by going to your Toolbox (bottom left corner of Knock user dashboard). From there, you'll find the following--

Step 4: Once you have pasted/put in your updated email, click Save Changes at the top of the page.
