Change Hotpads Email

You can change your Hotpads email address to the Knock autoresponder email so that anyone who contacts you on a Hotpads listing will:

1. Receive an automatic customizable response from you with a link to schedule a tour online.

2. Automatically be added to Knock as a lead (optional).

3. Their email will be forwarded to your inbox (optional).

Note that if you post to Hotpads using Zillow, then follow instructions here for changing your Zillow email.

Here's how to change your Hotpads email:

Step 1: 

Go to hotpads.com and sign in to your account if you aren't already signed in. Then click on your email address in the top right corner of the homepage:

Step 2:

You will be taken to the "Edit user profile" page. Delete your current email address and replace it with your Knock autoresponder email address. You can find this email address by going to your Toolbox (bottom left corner of Knock user dashboard). From there, you'll find the following--





When you are done, scroll down and click Save at the bottom of the screen.

And you're done!
