It's conveniently placed at the bottom of your email, near the add attachments icon. This enhancement is designed to simplify the application process, providing an alternative pathway for users who prefer a different approach.

Add an image or file to your emails from your desktop. To do so - simply click on the safety pin logo, or pull up the file from your computer and drag to drop that attachment right in line! It will attach itself to your message and live in the context of your communication.

Adding Quick Replies

Make your follow ups go faster by adding quick replies. These are canned responses you can save so that by one click of a button, it will generate into the email message box! Learn how to create quick replies here.

Currently, in order to get a scheduling link set up for a number of properties, users will need to create individual templates for each property - as we don’t have a merge tag for this. This ticket will create a merge tag for the scheduling link to be auto generated allowing that to be done.
If a property is set up to use their own property website, we’ll use that link with ?doorway=schedule. If not, we’ll send the user to the Community Site with the ?doorway=schedule.
