The Quick Reply function can save you time whether you're sending out canned outreach to prospects or a regular mass update to your residents.
Open a prospect or resident card.
From the message section, click on the Quick Replies option.
3. Click Add New to add a new quick reply.
4. From the pop-up, you can create your new quick reply. Remember to always add them under the House account as the owner so everyone will have access to them! Email template will only be available when engaged in an email, SMS for when you are engaged in a text.
To edit or delete quick replies, just click the Quick Replies option from any resident/prospect guestcard and click Manage Quick Reply (the pencil icon).
From here, you can make edits as needed or opt to delete the quick reply. To perform the latter, click on the Delete button in the bottom left corner.
