How To Add Users In Knock

Anyone with Admin access can add users to their Knock accounts!  It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Log into your dashboard via admin.knockcrm.com.  Select the Users tab. 

  2. Select Add New User and enter in the required information.

  3. Hit Save!

The new user will reflect on the team's side immediately.  

Pro Tip: Always make sure to add your PMS user to it as well so they get credit for their tours and leases.  Only Master Admin access can map to PMS so if you need it mapped, just reach out to Support!

If you ever need to remove a user, just email us at support@knockcrm.com and we will take care of it for you.
