Enhanced Engagement Score

 

The goal for all users in Knock is to maintain high engagement with their prospects.  Higher engagement means higher leads to lease conversions!

Our Engagement Score monitors this by tracking how many leads you have and how many of them are green.  To help our leasing teams maintain that high engagement, we have the option to enable Enhanced Engagement for the property as requested. 


If the Enhanced Engagement setting is active, the situations underneath will not be presented until a proper subsequent interaction with the potential client has been completed (via phone call, email, or text message only).

 

> Closing a Lead Without Follow Up
This means the leasing team won't be able to mark a lead as “Lost” or “Not a prospect” where there has been no contact with the prospect (e.g. answered call, outbound email, outbound call, etc.)

 
 

> Adding a Future Follow Up without Contact
This means the leasing team won't be able to add a future follow-up where there has been no contact with the prospect (e.g. answered call, outbound email, outbound call, etc.) or where the last event is another follow-up (i.e. no more multiple follow-ups in a row)

 
 

> Mass emails, SMS, and follow-up indicators
With Enhanced engagement, Mass emails and Mass SMS to prospects will not count towards your engagement score or clear the follow-up indicators. In addition, a banner will also be visible that will disclose that the action won't affect their Engagement Score.

> Updating Call Outcome (NEW)
This means the leasing team won't be able to update the call status.

 

🚨NOTE: Internal notes do not count as a follow-up within Knock and will not turn a lead from red to green.  An email, call, or text has to be completed to do so. 

🚨NOTE: When using the BETA version, Bulk action such as Mark as Lost or Follow-up buttons won't be offered.
