How To Mass Edit Prospects

To-do list getting out of hand? Want to quickly assign over 40 prospects to one leasing agent or mark out 12 people as Lost? You can easily mass edit prospects in Knock when your To-Do list gets a little out of hand.

1. Click View on a group from the To-do list  (Pro tip: you can also access this on Prospect)

2. Select the prospects you wish to bulk edit (Remember, you can filter your down your prospect list!)

3. Click the magenta Edit button (little pencil)

4. Choose one of the following bulk edit functions:

• Mark as Lost: If prospects have had multiple outreach attempts with no luck, you can bulk mark them as lost.

• Add Reminder: If you want to add a future followup reminder for the same date for a group of prospects, you can click Add Reminder to add a followup in bulk

• Edit Owner: This lets you assign over a group of prospects to one leasing agent
