How Do I Check My Received/Sent Messages?

Knock will house any unread messages from your residents and prospects on the Dashboard for easy access!

All your incoming resident communication will be found under the Me tab.  Any incoming prospect communication will be located under the owner of that lead.  You will find these notifications in two locations: 1) The Unread messages box on the ToDo page dashboard (red circle) and 2) the pink number next to the owner's name (blue circle).  

If you use the link under Unread Messages (red circle), it will take you directly to the prospect profile with the unread message.  If you'd like to, you can also click on the user name that has an unread message (blue circle) and select prospects or residents and then Show Unread Only.
