We're excited to share what we've been working on within your February 2024 release that will be available Thursday, February 22nd. Be sure to also check out important announcements and updates.

 

New features and enhancements:

 

CRM:

  • Enhanced Results of Tour flow: The post tour flow has been enhanced to include additional details for the agent to input. Once enabled in the Knock administrative dashboard, these additional details improve data integrity and help agents re-engage with prospects more efficiently. Learn more. 
  • Online Leasing Deeplink for iOS: Agents can now send application links to prospects from within the Tours app. This streamlines the tour to renter journey, removes application siloes and improves conversion rates for leasing teams. Learn more.

AI:

  • AI SMS: With AI SMS, respond to and reach prospects instantly. With round-the-clock availability, AI SMS can schedule tours and reply to messages at any time. Learn more. 

 

Call Intelligence:

  • PDF export: Leasing agents can quickly export a call transcript to a PDF. This allows agents to review and share call details in a simple format which helps improve agent performance. Leasing agent team managers can also review these PDFs to inform agent coaching. Learn more.

Support:

  • Following our acquisition by RealPage announced on September 30, 2022, we are integrating various aspects of Knock operations into RealPage infrastructure. As part of this planned M&A integration, we’re continuing to upgrade our support resources by enabling access to RealPage’s new and modernized Customer Portal. The RealPage Customer Portal makes support resolution easy with a modern user-friendly look-and-feel, real-time product alerts and case visibility, and intuitive communication with the ability to add attachments.
    • For current RealPage Customer Portal users, please continue to use this tool for support matters
    • If you are a Unified Platform user, please contact your Unified Platform System Administrator for Customer Portal access. Non- Unified Platform Users, can register here.
    • If you have not yet used the RealPage Customer Portal, this will be your new home for submitting cases and getting real-time visibility into your case activity. Register here.
    • Knock Email to Case will no longer be accessible and supported. Please use the RealPage Customer Portal in place of email to case.
    • Changes will take effect March 7, 2024
