Improved Tour Flow

Introducing our Enhanced Tour Flow! Say goodbye to missed opportunities and forgotten next steps. With our new feature, leasing agents can easily record tour outcomes within the guest card, making sure valuable leads are not overlooked, improving conversion rates, and ensuring seamless follow-ups, saving you time and maximizing your success!

 

Existing Tour Process: After the tour time has passed and you open the prospect card, you'll be prompted to finalize the tour and specify the shown units.

 

Improved Tour Process: If you opt to utilize the new tour flow, you'll see a new pop-up that provides comprehensive information about the guest card and more options to improve the tour outcome.

 

This new flow entails four steps that your team needs to follow to complete the tour outcome.

 

  • Tour Results: You as a Leasing agent can select between Visited or No Show.

  • Shown Units: This particular step is exclusively accessible when you choose "Visited," and it will be omitted if the prospect is marked as a "No-Show."

  • Prospect Interest: This step will dictate the subsequent actions you need to take for your prospect.

      • If the Prospect is interested after the Visit, you will prompted to go to the Next Steps.
      • If Prospect is no longer interested after they Visit, you can select Mark as Lost.
      • If the Prospect is a No Show, but still interested you will prompted to go to the Next Steps.
      • If Prospect is a No Show, and is no longer interested, you can select Mark as Lost.

  • Next Steps: This step will allow you to do the actions you need to take.

      • If the Prospect is interested after the Visit, you will be presented with options to select which will be noted on the prospect card after you click on Finish.




      • If the Prospect is no longer interested after they Visit and you select Mark as Lost, Then you may now click Finish and it will update the status of the guest card to Visited.


 This will also open the Enhanced Centralized Referral Workflow once done it
will mark the prospect card as Lost.

      • If Prospect is a No Show, but still interested you can select Finish or you can turn on the Schedule Tour option and Finish the flow.




      • If Prospect is a No Show, and is no longer interested, you can select Mark as Lost.
