Drip Campaign

This article explores the fundamental features and key highlights associated with drip campaigns.

Screens and flow

Users create a set of Templates (emails, using CKEditor) in the Templates section of the feature.

Users will then create a drip campaign and add templates and can also mark as Lost.

The drip campaign product will send out emails automatically and can also mark users as lost when they enter the “Stale prospects needing follow up” on the LMA screen

Users will receive the drip campaign emails and actions until they perform some sort of positive action (reply to an email, book a tour, change status, etc.). Once they do that they no longer are on the campaign

Users can archive campaigns them which will make them no longer usable

Templates need to be in a Live state to be used in Campaigns

Draft can be used for approvals etc.

Once live a campaign or template cannot be altered and must be duplicated.

The follow ups from the drip program count towards the agent that owns the prospect

Make sure you have no more than one campaign live for any trigger at each property, we’ll work to prevent this but it’s possible today
