iOS Tours and Unified Quotes Integration

iOS Tours now allows the generation of custom quotes for prospects interested in specific units. After completing the tour, prospects can express their interest in moving forward, and the Tours app can generate quotes directly within the app.

This feature will only work for Properties listed on OneSite and having the RP Unified Quotes feature flag enabled.

There are 4 ways in which you may create a Quote:

  1. Quote from the Guest Card section

  2. Quote from the Activity section

  3. Quote from the Availability section

  4. Quote from the Tours section

1. Quotes from the Guest card section

iOS Tours now has integration with RealPage Onesite integrated properties and now all these properties having OLL Deep Link can be shown in Tours app.

There are 2 phases to this integration:

Phase 1: Allowing the Agent to Open the OLL Deep link on iPhone or iPad and start on the leasing journey immediately.

Phase 2: Having the option to send the OLL Deep link via Email to Prospect, where Prospect can open it on their device and proceed further. Deep link has no browser or device dependency, it will open on all platforms.

We are going Live with only Phase 1 on Dec 13, 2023.

OLL Deep link can be sent via activities section. There will be a new Icon that will be visible if the property has a Deep Link enabled in OneSite. No additional configuration required in Knock Admin to enable OLL Deep link. New Icon can be seen besides + icon, on top right side.

On clicking the OLL Deep Link Icon there will be 1 visible option i.e. Open Leasing Link

On clicking the OLL Deep link, the agent will be routed outside the app, hence, there will be a alert pop-upScreenshot 2023-12-12 at 1.14.48 PM.png

Once the agent clicks on Open, OLL Deep link will open in the default browser. From there the general leasing journey will begin.
