The new company templates now gives you the ability to mass apply templates for all properties across a portfolio.
You are able to check the box to select which properties you would like to have the templates saved.
If you have a saved template that you do not want to be live yet you can slide it on or off as shown below:
To edit the templates you can click the pencil icon next to the name.
If you would like to add a property to a particular template you can click "Select Additional Properties"
To create a new template you can click "Create New Template"
Once you have added the Template name and message you can select the properties and save the new Template.

Will you only be able to add and delete in bulk?
You are able to add in bulk and or you can choose to only add to one property.
What if leasing team users add new ones in the CRM does it flow into admin?
Company quick replies are fully separate. They are only addable and editable in admin. The existing quick replies are still there and connected to the items you create in the LMA!
