Admin Company Templates

The new company templates now gives you the ability to mass apply templates for all properties  across a portfolio.

 

You are able to check the box to select which properties you would like to have the templates saved.

If you have a saved template that you do not want to be live yet you can slide it on or off as shown below:

To edit the templates you can click the pencil icon next to the name.

If you would like to add a property to a particular template you can click "Select Additional Properties"

To create a new template you can click "Create New Template"

Once you have added the Template name and message you can select the properties and save the new Template.

Benefits:

  1. Rather than individually setting up Email & SMS configurations for each property, we can streamline the process by enabling the System Template/Default Template for all properties with a simple toggle switch.

  2. Should customers prefer not to utilize the default template, they have the option to craft custom templates and enable them for specific properties as desired.

How to Use:

To access Email and SMS templates, simply navigate to the Templates page and select "Autoresponders" tab within the interface. From there, you can create, edit, and manage your custom templates with ease.

  • Default Template: The system comes equipped with a Default Email Template that is automatically enabled and assigned to all properties. Customers have the flexibility to activate this template for the properties of their choice. By doing so, whenever prospects attempt to contact Knock, an email notification will be dispatched.

  • Custom Template: Users have the freedom to design their own personalized templates, incorporating tailored text and selecting the specific properties they wish to assign them to.

  • Custom Templates offer users the ability to easily disable, edit, or delete templates according to their preferences and changing needs.

  • When a custom template is deleted, the properties previously assigned to it will revert back to the Default Template in their current state.

  • SMS templates do not support merge tags.

  • Any newly added property will be automatically included in the Default Template list, but it will be initially disabled.

Will you only be able to add and delete in bulk?

You are able to add in bulk and or you can choose to only add to one property. 

What if leasing team users add new ones in the CRM does it flow into admin?

Company quick replies are fully separate. They are only addable and editable in admin. The existing quick replies are still there and connected to the items you create in the LMA!
