As a Knock AI customer, you're eager to gauge the performance of your Virtual Agent. However, the lack of visibility into prospect interactions, call outcomes, and value created poses a challenge.

These reports provide comprehensive insights into what prospects are asking, AI lead communication outcomes, and the value generated by your Agent. With this information at your fingertips, you can make data-driven decisions, optimize your approach, and unlock the full potential of AI.

Property: This is a multi select field to select one or more properties. To select all, simply uncheck all the selected properties. The default is set to "Properties: All".
Date Range: This sets the dates for the report to refer to. The default is set to "Last 7 Days".
AI Voice Report Fields:
Missed Calls: The total number of calls that were missed by the property and sent to the Virtual Assistant.
Calls Transferred to Agent: The total number of calls that were transferred from the Virtual Assistant to the property.
Actionable Leads: The total number of calls where the Virtual Assistant was able to gather first name, move-in date, and bed count.
Unassisted Tours Scheduled: The total number of calls where the Virtual Assistant scheduled a tour with no site staff interaction.
Assisted Tours Scheduled: The total number of calls where the Virtual Assistant created the guest card and a visit was scheduled but action was also taken by the site staff.
Prospect Data Gathered - Graph Labels:
- First Name: Number of Virtual Assistant interactions where the prospect's first name was gathered.
- Move Date: Number of Virtual Assistant interactions where the prospect's move-in date was gathered.
- Beds: Number of Virtual Assistant interactions where the prospect's preferred bed count was gathered.
AI Voice Report Options:
You can click on value in the BOT Calls, Leads, or Prospects columns and you will see a carousel of the prospect records. This is great to dive in and get into the weeds to see the details.

Total Emails Received: Total emails a property saw over a given time (with or without AI)
% of emails the Virtual Agent responded to: how many emails the Virtual Agent respond to
Tours Scheduled by AI: how many tours were scheduled using the Virtual Agent
Top Email Topic: top intent that the Virtual Agent saw in inbound emails they engaged in
% of Emails Automated: how many of my incoming emails were automated
