How to sign in?


To sign into Knock you would be able to login into 


If you use a third-party provider to authenticate your user account, log into that system to access RealPage Unified Platform or use the following steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Type your username. This is typically your primary email address.
  3. To save your username to the login page, click Remember Me.
  4. Click Next. The authentication that displays depends on your account’s configuration.
  5. If prompted, type your password. If you don’t know your password, click Forgot Password and answer your security questions to reset it.
  6. Click Login. The Unified Platform Home page opens.

If your company uses multi-factor authentication, follow those steps to authenticate from your phone.


 How to access the Knock CRM? 
Sign in to your Knock Dashboard to access the CRM. 
Sign in to and click on the Knock Tile. 
How to reset your Password?
Go to the Knock Login page and head to the link underneath the 'Sign in' button, and click Forgot password

3. In the upper right corner, click on your name
4. Click Manage Profile
If you are unable to change your Password or if the security tab is missing, please reach out to your Unified platform System administrator to have your password reset.
Note* Your password could be through your Single Sign-on provider such as Microsoft, Google, Okta, etc.  IF you are using a third-party identity provider, follow the steps in that application to change your password or contact your company’s System administrator.
